Same Journal/New Look - February 20, 2006

So that was a lie. This is not going to be my new home page. I'm going to make a different page the new
page and then make this my journal page but they'll have the same "look." All this behind the scenes stuff is
very exhausting, I'm sure. All you want to do when you come here is hear me remember the boys or complain
about something!!! haha Boy, did I ever read something yesterday that, at first glance, I thought was good.
The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I became. I'll do something with it sooner rather than later
LATER - I'm going to make this my Home Page at some point in time. Then, all my new pages can look like
this. Plus, I'm just going to do one page per day and then add links to the previous day's pages like the big
boys do. It'll be easier to navigate. Some of my pages are so long, they give me a headache and I know that
they take a long time to load. At least, I've started my new web journey. I've gotta go to the store before it
gets too crowded with all of the President's Day shoppers! AND, I've GOT to get the weather on here. No
one knows what the temperature is!!! bye, djb
IT WORKED!!! After all is said and done, it's going to be so much easier to take care of Andrew &
Jarrett's website. Everything happens for a reason. Wow!
Monday, February 20, 2006 - I have no idea if this is going to work or not. I've spent the past three days
trying to get this website to work right and after my first horror of having everything disappear on my side of
the equation. The website is published to another site, so it was intact. However, I was over here with
nothing.
The interesting thing is that Nick was going to come over and help me but he got distracted by a shiny object
which caused me to keep on trying to fix things which I only made worse. But that was the impetus for moving
EVERYTHING over here to a Yahoo site builder. There are things I have to learn to do but isn't that a good
thing?! Yes. I wanted this to be my Home Page, but I wasn't able to figure out exactly how to do that last
night at midnight, so I'm going to be in a state of change in the next few days. SEE YA LATER, DJB
P.S. I put one link on here to the boys' gravestone. The page has the same content but I have a LOT of
work to do. I'm going to put the Anniversary page on next. Wish me luck! good luck, djb
